DATED : 19 th NOVEMBER, 2015 It is the contention of the petitioner that the proposed construction of road to approach from WaroraMandhali to Wani Warora road is likely to result in the water treatment plant not being functional in a proper manner. It is the contention of the petitioner that if the proposed road is constructed, the pollution from the vehicles will further pollute the water.

It is further submitted that in the proposed road there are various curves and instead of the proposed road an existing 'pandhan' should be used for construction of the road. In the affidavit filed by respondent no.7 the contention as regards the water treatment plant being not functional in proper manner on account of the construction of

pil28-13.odt the road is concerned, it is submitted that the said contention is without substance.

As to which alignment is proper or not is a matter to be decided by the concerned authorities. We do not possess any expertise in the matter. In view of the above, we do not find that any public interest is involved in the present petition. The petition is disposed of as such.
