Learned APP has informed that during the pendency of this application, i.e. on 27.04.2021, charge-sheet has been filed.

Learned counsel for the applicants seeks for withdrawal with liberty to approach the Trial Court for bail. So also, he requested to direct to expedite hearing of bail.

Application stands disposed of since withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Trial Court is directed to decide the bail application within a period of one week from receipt of reply of the prosecution.
