Heard Shri Navalani, the learned Advocate for the applicant and Ms. Amruta Ghonge, the learned Advocate holding for Ms. Chandekar, the learned Advocate for the non-applicant. The learned Advocates for the respective parties submit that they have no objection for transfer of Case No.A-1285/2013 filed by the non-applicant before the Family Court, Nagpur to Family Court, Amravati. As this order is being passed by the consent of both the parties, no reasons are being recorded. Case No.A-1285/2013 is transferred from Family Court, Nagpur to Family Court, Amravati. The parties shall appear before the Family Court, Amravati on 2nd March, 2015 at 11.00 a.m.

Misc. Civil Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE Ambulkar
