This is an application made by respondent Nos.1 to 5 for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application and the power of attorney placed on record, the constituted power of attorney-respondent No.3 is allowed to withdraw 90% of the amount of compensation for himself and on behalf of remaining respondents, with accrued interest, if any, on

2 13.caf.1284.2024 furnishing usual undertaking to the effect that they will return the entire amount in case the appeal is decided against them alongwith interest at the rate that will be determined by the Court.
