This is an application for condonation of delay in filing a first appeal. Delay is of 131 days.

The application is opposed by learned counsel Shri Shantanu Sharma for non-applicant No.1. However, it is to be noted that there is no affidavit controverting the facts mentioned in the application for condonation of delay.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the reply, I am satisfied that the applicant, who is statutory body, has made out a case for condonation of delay. Hence, the civil application is allowed and disposed of. Delay for filing the .....2/-
