By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of the order dated 30/11/2023 passed in Civil Application No. 3545 of 2023. A prayer is made to allow the respondent to withdraw 25% amount on furnishing 'solvent surety' in place of 'solvent security'. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

In para 5 of the order dated 30/11/2023 after the words "solvent security" the words "or solvent surety" be added and the order be uploaded afresh.
