Mr. N.R. Rode, learned A.G.P. for respondent nos. 1 & 3 and Mr. De, learned Advocate for respondent no. 2 submit that since last three occasions, nobody is appearing for petitioners. Though reply to be filed by respondent nos. 1 & 3 is ready with learned A.G.P., it cannot be served on the petitioners as nobody appears for them. The learned A.G.P. makes a statement that he contacted Mr. Puranik, Advocate and Mr. Puranik, Advocate has informed that he is not appearing for petitioners and petitioners are not in touch with him. In view of this position, the Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
