DATE : AUGUST 28, 2017 As it has been found that the relationship between the plaintiff and the defendant was that of landlord and tenant and the suit for recovery of possession was filed on that basis, Shri R. A. Gupte, learned counsel for the appellants submits that in view of provisions of Section 34(3) of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999, he would file appropriate proceedings for challenging the impugned decree. Hence the second appeal is disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
