Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed, notice to respondent No.1 is dispensed with.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.2.

The petitioner claims to have superannuated from the post of Senior Auditor on 31/07/2024 from the establishment of respondent No.1-Municipal Corporation, Akola. It is claimed that the terminal benefits of the petitioner have not been paid in entirety and as such he is before this Court. 5.
Having regard to the claim put forth by the petitioner, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to appear before the Commissioner of respondent No.1-Municipal Corporation, Akola on 28/07/2025 with the details as regards his claim for payment of terminal benefits. 6.
Once the petitioner appears before the respondent No.1, his claim shall be looked into and shall be decided within a period of six weeks thereafter by issuing appropriate communication. 7.
