Ms. Haidari would submit that the cousin sister of the applicant Poonam Shirsat is getting married on 22.3.2020. Poonam's father is suffering from paralysis and her younger brother Nikhil is minor.

Ms. Haidari submits that since the applicant desires to help his uncle, the condition "b" imposed vide order 8.3.2019 be relaxed for eight days from 19.3.2020 to 27.3.2020.

Accepting the submission of Ms. Haidari, this application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause. However, it is made clear that if the applicant indulges in any criminal activities, whether grave or not so grave, that ipso facto shall result in cancellation of bail. Judge
