Heard.

The applicant lady, aged about 32 years, seeks direction to the non-applicant to release her on bail. She states that she is having son aged about 3 years. The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.546 of 2019 registered against her for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, on the complaint lodged by the brother of the applicant. According to the prosecution, the applicant stabbed her father on left side of his chest, which proved to be fatal.

The applicant is in jail since 11th October 2019. Charge-sheet is filed. The non-applicant has not been able to point out that further custody of the applicant is required. Considering the nature of the accusations against the applicant, fact that she is young lady having 3 year old child and in view of the present situation, the following order

2 BA260.2020 is passed:

Applicant-Reshma Prashant Bawiskar, having been arrested in Crime No.546 of 2019, she be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond for Rupees Fifty Thousand and furnishing cash security of Rupees Ten Thousand. The Criminal Application is allowed in the above terms.
