O R D E R

(Date: 3/3/2024) The Claimant/Appellant and respondent/s are present. The parties have willingly and amicably settled the dispute. Both parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form 'H'. Terms of compromise are read over and recorded.

In view of compromise, award is passed. The First appeal stand disposed of in terms of Form 'H', however with a direction to deposit the amount of compensation of Rs.5 lakhs within eight weeks from today in the Reference Court in M.A.C.P. 30 of 2010. The claimant/appellant shall be entitled to withdraw amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest, after deducting the amount, if any already withdrawn, as per orders of the court.

The Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant as per rules. 4.

Filing of a separate petition does not require for withdrawal of amount as per this order/award.

Copy of this order be supplied to the learned Counsel for the parties free of costs.
