The present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the petition.

It is submitted that inadvertently some prayers remain to be added. There is no objection for grant of permission to amend the prayers on behalf of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 4 to 7. 3.

As such, the Application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week. The amended copy of petition be supplied to the learned Assistant Government Pleader.
