It is pointed out that the applicant was granted interim bail by this Court vide order dated 09-07-2020 in LD-VC-Criminal Bail Application 75 of 2020, which is confirmed, on merits, by order dated 06-01-2021 in Criminal Application (BA) 578 of 2020.

The circumstances in which this application came to be filed, are not clear.

Notably, a statement was made by the learned Counsel Mr. Ashok Bhangde who appears on 11-08-2021 that some other lawyer is engaged, who ultimately did not appear and this Court granted legal aid pursuant to which Mrs. Radha Mishra was appointed to represent the applicant. 4.

It is apparent that there is some suppression, either in the application in which bail is granted or in the

BA 261.20.

In this view of the matter, while the application is disposed of, the applicant is saddled with costs of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) which shall be deposited in the High Court Legal Aid Services SubCommittee, Nagpur within the next Fifteen days. 6.

If the costs are not deposited, the Collector, Amravati shall recover the same as arrears of land revenue. 7.

The Registry shall bring this order to the notice of the Collector, Amravati as well as the trial Court, within the next Seven days.

List this disposed of application under the caption "for compliance" on 09-09-2021.

In the interregnum, the fees of the appointed Counsel be quantified and paid in accordance with the Rules. JUDGE Deshmukh
