These are applications filed on behalf of the petitioners for restoration of the writ petition as against respondent No.2 and for condonation of delay in moving the application for restoration.

It appears that the present petition stood dismissed against respondent No.2 on account of failure to furnish correct address.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. Accordingly, delay is condoned and the petition is restored as against respondent No.2.
