25th March, 2019 It is the objection raised to entertain this petition that averments made in paragraph 14 of the petition show that it is a case of otherwise termination of services of the petitioner and hence, a statutory remedy provided under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977, is available before the School Tribunal. Shri Jibhkate, learned counsel for the petitioner, accepting this objection, seeks permission to withdraw
this petition with liberty to file an appeal before the School Tribunal.
Hence, permission is granted to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the School Tribunal. All questions are left open.
