Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Perused the charge-sheet.

Learned APP pointed out to me the statements of Sandeep Suresh Lamgadge and Kishore Santoshrao Bhandarkar as the only evidence available against the applicant. I have perused both the statements. Admittedly, the incident is said to have taken place on 6th August, 2014 and the dead body is found on the bank of river Kanhan on 15th August, 2014 and these statements are recorded thereafter. That apart, these

statements do not show involvement of the applicant. Hence the following order:-

O R D E R

[a] Criminal Application No. 204 of 2015 is allowed.

[b] Applicant shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Personal Bond in a sum of Rs.

20,000/- [rupees twenty thousand only] with one surety in the like amount.

[c] Applicant shall report to Parshioni Police Station, Distt. Nagpur, on last Sunday of every week between 11.00 a.m., and 4.00 p.m., Judge |hedau|
