The learned counsel for the applicant points out that in clause (b) of order dated 13.10.2022, it is wrongly recorded that the amount deposited by the applicant is permitted to be withdrawn by the applicant. 2.

Accordingly, the clause (b) shall be corrected as follows :- The amount deposited by the applicant before the learned Appellate Court as well as before the trial Court is permitted to be withdrawn by the non-applicant. 3.

Order be uploaded afresh.
