The applicant/appellant has filed this application to condone the delay of 71 days caused in filing this appeal. Though respondents served, none appear for respondent Nos. 1 to 3, and also, a reply is not filed by respondent No. 4.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, the application is allowed. The appeal be registered accordingly. FIRST APPEAL ST NO 5746 OF 2025 Heard.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks. 3.

The appellant is directed to deposit the entire compensation amount along with interest accrued thereon, within four weeks, failing which, the stay granted vide order dated 25.04.2025 shall stand vacated without further reference to the court. 4.
