DATED : DECEMBER 11, 2020 This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioners to bring on record legal representative of respondent No.4, who died on 25/01/2017. It is submitted that the petitioners became aware of the same for the first time when a pursis dated 02/03/2020, was filed before this Court along with a copy of the death certificate pertaining to respondent No.4.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the petitioners are permitted to bring on record legal representative of deceased respondent No.4, whose details are given in para 2 of the application.

The amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. Upon such amendment being carried out, issue notice to the legal representative of deceased respondent No.4, returnable in four weeks. Civil Application (CAW) No. 766/2020 in W.P. No. 2750/2018.

This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking deletion of respondent No.7 from the array of respondents.
