Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.P. for the respondent nos. 2 and 3. For the reasons stated in parars-2 and 3 of the application, sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay in filing the appeal. The application is allowed.

Subject to condition of appellant depositing the entire amount of compensation, awarded by reference court, in this court within a period of eight weeks, stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgment and award till decision of the appeal.
