This is an application for grant of stay to the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 29.08.2024 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No.2, Nagpur, in Claim Petition No. 1216 of 2019.

The applicant is ready to deposit 50% amount under the award along with accrued interest within a period of eight weeks from today. 4.

In view of above, the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 29.08.2024 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No.2, Nagpur, in Claim Petition No. 1216 of 2019 is stayed during the pendency of appeal subject to the applicant depositing 50% amount under the award along with accrued interest within a period of eight weeks from today.
