This application is filed by the petitioner praying that the Labour Court be directed to release the amount deposited as per the order passed in Misc. IDA Case No. 37 of 1999 on 11th April, 2000. It is further prayed that the petition be taken up for hearing by fixed date.

None appeared for the petitioner on 6th April, 2016 and 3rd February, 2017. Today also there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The civil application is filed on 16th March, 2016.
