This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent, perused the investigation papers from which it reveals that the attempt was made to sexually assault the victim by disrobing himself as well as the victim. The victim is twelve years old, therefore, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after the evidence of victim and the material witness Sheikh Samir Sheikh Rafiq is recorded.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel, permission is granted to withdraw the application with liberty to file after the evidence of the victim and the said material witness is recorded.
