An innocuous prayer is made to direct the respondents to implement the Government Resolution dated 20/09/2019 and Corrigendum dated 24/02/2023 so far it relates to the appointment of Dependants of the Exemployees of respondent nos. 2 and 3 Corporation in pursuance to recommendations of Lad-Page Committee. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the representation dated 05/01/2022 (pg. 17), which is still undecided.

Be that as it may, since the issue can be decided by the respondent no. 2, we direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 05/01/2022 in light of Corrigendum dated 24/02/2023, within a period of ten weeks from the receipt of this order.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.
