DATE : March 24, 2017 Perused the application. In paragraph 10 of the judgment interest has been disallowed for the period from 11/12/2006 till 13/04/2010. However in the operative part of the order, said aspect is not reflected. Hence in clause (b) of the operative order, the following line shall be added : " The appellants would not be entitled for interest for the period from 11/12/2006 to 13/04/2010."

Civil application is disposed of.
