By this application the petitioner seeks modification in the description of respondent No.1 in the cause title. It is stated that the words "Presiding Officer" were deleted as per leave granted by the Court orally. The prayer made in this application cannot be granted as the petitioner will have to file proper application and pray for amendment in the cause title. Furthermore, the statement made on behalf of the petitioner that he was granted leave orally cannot be accepted. Civil application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file proper application. No costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
