Learned counsel for appellant submitted that by order dated 07.09.2023, this Court has already granted permission to withdraw the entire compensation amount. However, the applicant/respondent No. 1 has inadvertently filed this application; therefore, she submits that she does not wish to proceed with the application, and it may be disposed of since the order already exists.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that the Registry shall pay the entire amount of compensation, along with the accrued interest, to the applicant upon furnishing a usual undertaking and bank account details to the Registry.
