This Court vide order dated 12/03/2021 passed on Civil Application No. 596/2021 allowed the application and permitted the applicant No. 5 - Anil Natthuji Sawai to withdraw the amount of Rs.20,61,017/- along with accrued interest and also the further amount of compensation, that may be deposited in future with accrued interest.

The petitioner has placed on record the details of his account.
