Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and no objection of the learned Advocate for the appellant as well as the factual position, the application is allowed. 5.

As the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation awarded by the Labour Court before the Labour Court, an ad-interim relief was granted by order dated 26/04/2022. 9.

Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that as the entire amount has been deposited, the application may be allowed in terms of the prayer clause (A) for which the learned Advocate for the respondents has no objection.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application as well as the fact that the appellant has deposited the entire amount before the Labour Court and no objection from the other side, the application is allowed in terms of the prayer Clause (A). Civil Application is disposed of.
