By this application, learned counsel for the applicant submits that pending disposal of the second appeal the suit property itself may be alienated and third party interest are likely to be created as earlier also respondent No.1 created transfer in favour of respondent No.3 pending disposal of the suit. This being the apprehension, the respondents are restrained from creating any third party interest pending disposal of the second appeal. The application is disposed of as such.
