In Application prayer is to condone delay of 21 days in filing Appeal under Section 374 of Criminal Procedure Code. Registry has pointed out delay of 3 days.

Applicant is in jail. In this situation, as we do not find any malafide, we condone the delay. Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. Office to register Criminal Appeal, if objections are removed.
