Perused the fresh reply filed by the Superintendent of Police, Yavatmal. Reply shows that after making some more investigation in the matter, offences have been registered against eight persons. We are of the view that such new investigation and fresh action taken by Yavatmal Police has satisfied the grievance of the petitioners and therefore, we are inclined to dispose of the petition with liberty.

The application is disposed of as having worked itself out with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court again, if any further grievance arises,
