This is an application for grant of bail.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, it reveal that a 13 year girl was subjected for sexual assault, and the said incident was witnessed by her sister. The trial is already commenced. In view of that, I have shown my disinclination.
