Heard Shri Chandok, learned Counsel for the applicants.

The application challenges the order dated 15/03/2022, whereby the application filed by the applicants under Section 311 of Cr. P.C., has been rejected. 3.

The record would demonstrate that P.W.-1, P.W.-4 and P.W.-5, have been cross-examined by the Counsel for the accused at the time when they were put into the witness box. It is only upon the change in Counsel that need for recalling of the witnesses, is being felt.

In my considered opinion, this cannot be a ground of recalling of witnesses by exercise of power under Section 311 of Cr. P.C. I do not see any merit in the criminal application. The same is dismissed.
