Heard Ms.Bhatia, learned counsel (appointed) for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. Perused order dated 9th of June 2015 as also additional Reply tendered today on behalf of the respondent. The additional reply shows that contention of petitioner that he has completed 8 years in Prison has been accepted and it also shows that petitioner has put in 8 years, 8 months and 7 days. In view of this material on record, it is apparent that respondent is duty bound to give petitioner consequential benefit in accordance with law, as and wen occasion therefor arises. With this direction, we allow the petition and dispose of the same.

Counsel charges for learned counsel (appointed) for the petitioner fixed at Rs.1500/-.
