By this application, respondent Nos.1 to 3 are seeking early hearing of the matter.

As per the contention of the respondents the alleged accident has taken place in the year 2011. Though the Tribunal has awarded the compensation but the award is under challenge before this Court. 4.

The applicants are suffering from financial crisis, as they have no source of income, in view of that they are seeking early hearing of the matter. 5.

The appeal is of the year 2016 i.e. five years old.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, early hearing is granted.

7.

Place the matter for final hearing on 18/04/2023.
