Heard Shri S.D. Chopde, the learned Advocate for the applicants and Ms. B.P. Maldhure, the learned AGP for the nonapplicants. The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the private paper book was ready, however, it could not be filed within the stipulated time as the file was mis-placed.

Considering the facts stated in the application, the delay in filing the restoration application is condoned and the application praying for restoration of the appeal is allowed. The appeal is restored. The Civil Application and Misc. Civil Application are allowed. The learned Advocate for the appellants undertakes to file private paper book within one week.
