DATED : 20-03 -202 Out of six claimants, three claimants have filed present application seeking permission to withdraw amount of compensation deposited by the non-applicant/ appellant.

Perused the impugned judgment. Considering the nature of evidence on record, the claimants/ respondent nos. 1(C) to 1(E) are permitted to withdraw proportionate 50% of the amount of compensation on filing an undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed, the said amount shall be repaid with interest at such rate the Court may direct.

The application is disposed of accordingly.

Civil Application (CAF) No. 942 of 2024 By present application, the appellant is seeking permission to amend the address of respondent nos. 2A and 2C.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed.
