This is an application filed by the claimants seeking condonation of delay in filing of cross-appeal in First Appeal No.1267/2017.
The reasons for delay are stated in paragraph No.2 of the application.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the claimants undertake to waive the interest during the period of delay of 1215 days on the enhanced amount of compensation, if any.
Learned counsel for the V.I.D.C. opposed the application for want of sufficient reasons.
