This is an application for condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the appeal against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kalamb, District Yavatmal in Summary Criminal Complaint No. 930/2022, whereby the complaint is dismissed in view of Section 256 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.

The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that there is a delay of two days in preferring this appeal, as the appellant required time to approach the counsel at Nagpur. Considering the short period of delay and the reason mentioned in the application, there is a satisfactory and reasonable ground for condoning the delay.
