Although, prayer made in this application is opposed on behalf of the respondents No.1 and 2 (original claimants), for the reasons stated in the application, the same allowed and the delay is condoned.

It is pointed out that by the Judgment and order, the Reference Court has increased the quantum of compensation by about 17 times and that the method of income capitalization adopted by the Reference Court in granting such steep increase in compensation was not justified.
