The petitioner is no longer owner of land. He claims its return from N.I.T. only after its advertisement dated 19.3.2015 for auction of plots on said land.

It is apparent that unless and until the petitioner demonstrates his right to seek return of land, no cause of action accrues in his favour. Since the petitioner has failed to demonstrate such right, we dispose of the petition.
