DATE : 9TH OCTOBER, 2024 The petition questions the order dated 23/01/2023 (Pg.91), whereby the proposal of the petitioner for starting a new course of Master of Social Work has been rejected on the ground that percentage of students having secured employment, who have cleared the exam is very less. Learned AGP has been unable to point out any such criteria reflected from any Government Resolution or statutory provision for the purpose of considering a proposal for grant of permission, in view of which, the said communication dated 23/01/2023 is hereby quashed and set aside and the respondent No.3 is directed to consider the proposal of the petitioner afresh and decide the same. Since a grievance is raised that the proposal as submitted to the respondent No.1 is not yet received by the respondent No.3, who is now empowered to considering the said KHUNTE

24-A-wp1848.23.odt 2/2 proposal, the petitioner shall submit the copy of the said proposal with the respondent No.3 on 14/10/2024, upon receipt of which, the respondent No.3 shall decide the same within a period of six weeks.
