Perused the application. The applicants/claimants have prayed for withdrawal of balance amount of compensation along with accrued interest.

The learned Counsel for the appellants has no objection for withdrawal of the amount.

For the reasons stated in the application, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the balance amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon. The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
