We have heard Smt S. P. Giratkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri S. P. Dharmadhikari, learned Senior Counsel along with Ms Radhika Bajaj, learned counsel for respondent No.17 and Shri N. S. Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 10. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the affidavit of respondent No.17.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader assures that during the course of the day, affidavit of the respondent-Collector shall be placed on record.

As prayed, counsel for the petitioner is granted time of three weeks to study the reply and if so required to file counter to the same.

In the meantime, we make it clear that the respondent-Collector so also the respondent No.17 shall proceed ahead with the implementation of the directives as could be referred to in the order dated 18/03/2025 passed by the Collector.

Apart from above, we further direct the respondent No.17 to place on record periodical reports as regards the action taken and further development in the matter of compliance of the order dated 18/03/2025.

We post the matter for further consideration on 29/04/2025. 9.

Needless to clarify in the matter of implementation of the order of the Collector as regards alignment of pipeline and construction of the affected road, the revenue Authorities are bound to extend required assistance to the respondent No.10.
