The prayer in the present writ petition is to transfer the proceedings under the Guardians and Wards Act from the Court of Judge, Family Court-III, Nagpur to any other Family Court. A pursis has been filed on behalf of the respondent stating therein that the learned Judge of the Family Court-III has since been transferred.

In that view of the matter, the cause of prosecuting the writ petition stands served and hence does not survive. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by any orders passed earlier, it is open for the petitioner to take such steps as are permissible in law. JUDGE APTE
