DATED : 16 APRIL, 2015 The matter has been heard for some time and following order is being passed with consent.: 1) The amount recoverable by respondent Nos. 1 and 2 from the petitioner shall be paid by the petitioner to them as mentioned below. :
a) 50% of the outstanding amount as on today shall be deposited within one week.
b) Advocate Shri Purohit for the respondents has instructions to communicate to this Court that balance 50% amount can be deposited in three installments.
c) Advocate Shri Sudame submits that the petitioner may require more installments for clearing the balance amount.
2) In this situation, as respondents have agreed to extend three installments to clear balance 50%, we permit the petitioner to deposit the balance 50% in three equal
1604wp1731.15.odt 2/2 monthly installment along with the regular bills. 3) If the petitioner wants any further accommodation over and above three installments, it is open to the petitioner to make suitable representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from today. If such representation is made, the respondents shall look into it in accordance with law and sympathetically. With these directions, we dispose of the writ petition. No costs.
