Mr. Bute, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, after arguing for some time, states that the Petitioner will withdraw the petition to make an application as belonging to `Dhangar', Nomadic Tribe (C), Entry No.29 and if it is so granted, to make a representation to the State Government and prays that some time may be granted and the Respondent employer should not take any action of termination.

While we do not comment on this endeavour of the Petitioner, in light of the fact that the petition is being withdrawn for the above purpose, the action of termination, if any proposed, based on the order of the Scrutiny Committee shall not be given effect to for a period of two months from today. 3.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
