This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 562 days in preferring cross objection in First Appeal No.1076/2016.

Mr. Marathe, learned counsel for the appellant has drawn attention of this Court to paragraphs 2 and 3 of the application in support of his contention for condoning the delay in filing the cross objection.

Mr. Marathe, learned counsel for the appellant has no objection, provided that interest for the delayed period is waived.

Having heard the learned counsel for the cross objector and having perused the application, the delay of 562 days is condoned, subject to waiver of interest for the delayed period by the cross objector.
